Our Policy


  • $7 flat rate shipping for all orders.
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $75!
  • FREE local pick up is available. You must be local to 44126 and you must select this option when checking out. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
  • At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.


  • Returns are accepted up to 7 days from customer order date for store credit ONLY.
  • Original tags must be attached to the item.
  • Worn or damaged items will NOT be accepted.
  • Accessories such as jewelry and bralettes are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Current Sales cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Email Sales@delgraceboutique.comto request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return in your request.
  • We will approve your return in no longer than 48 hours.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your item.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • Your return package must be received within 7-10 days of receiving your return approval email. Del Grace Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return received after this time period.
  • Once your return is received and accepted, you will receive an email with a coupon code as your credit. The code will be equivalent to the price of the original item. The code will expire one year from the date you receive it and must be used with the same email address that was used when placing your original order.


  • All products are limited quantities. We will do our best to exchange items for the correct sizing within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email Sales@delgraceboutique.comto request an exchange.
  • If the item you are requesting to exchange is out of stock, you will receive a STORE CREDIT once the original item is returned.
  • Same return policy above applies.

Defects or Problems with Your Order?

  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please emailSales@delgraceboutique.comwithin 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
